YouTube Brings More Images in Community Posts and New CTA Options for Promotions
From more photos in Community Posts to improved auto-dubbing edits and new call-to-action buttons, YouTube’s latest updates give creators more control and engagement tools.
YouTube has rolled out a simple but exciting change for creators. Until now, channel managers could upload only five images per Community Post. With the new update, creators can now share up to 10 images per post. This change gives more room for context, better storytelling, and improved audience engagement. According to YouTube, this feature is launching across all surfaces this week.
Better Control Over Auto-Dubbed Videos
Creators using auto-dubbing can now make edits without worrying about mismatched translations. YouTube’s Studio Editor will allow changes to be saved, after which the auto-dub tracks will be recreated to match the edits. This ensures videos remain accurate and accessible in other languages.
The platform is gradually rolling out auto-dubbing to more users, and all verified creators can now access it. YouTube also confirmed that the option to edit videos with manually uploaded multi-language captions will arrive later this year.

New CTA Buttons for YouTube Promote
YouTube is adding fresh call-to-action (CTA) options to its Promote feature, making it easier for creators to guide viewers toward specific actions. When creating a campaign with the goal of getting more website visits, creators can now select detailed outcomes like ‘Book Now,’ ‘Get Quote,’ ‘Contact Us,’ and more.
This update is currently available only on desktop. Promote allows creators to boost Shorts or videos directly from YouTube or YouTube Studio, without going through Google Ads. It can also help increase channel subscribers, gain more views, and grow audience reach.
More Images for Community Posts
These updates may not be huge game-changers, but they give creators more tools to engage, manage, and maintain their content. With better image support in Community Posts, improved auto-dubbing edits, and more targeted CTAs for promotions, YouTube is making it easier for creators to connect with audiences and grow their channels.
