The journey from Instagram Reels and YouTube to the silver screen is becoming increasingly common for digital creators. The latest names to make that leap are the creators behind the hugely popular Orange Juice Gang. They are set to headline the upcoming Marathi horror-comedy Bhootam Bhayam, releasing on July 24, 2026. Presented by Zee Studios and directed by Ramchandra Gaonkar, the film marks a significant milestone for some of Maharashtra’s most-loved content creators.

What Is Bhootam Bhayam About?

Bhootam Bhayam follows a group of unemployed friends who move into a mysterious abandoned mansion called Raniwada. Initially, their move seems like a practical solution to their housing problems. However, things quickly take an unexpected turn. What begins as a search for affordable accommodation soon spirals into supernatural chaos involving spirits, curses, greed, and unexpected horror-comedy twists. As a result, the friends find themselves caught in a series of bizarre situations. The film combines friendship, mystery, and comedy with a spooky backdrop.
