The Rebel Kid Spends ₹3 Lakh on Makeover, Says She Looks the Same

Influencer & content creator Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as The Rebel Kid, recently opened up about her complete makeover in a new vlog. The influencer, who was last seen on Amazon Prime’s reality show The Traitors, posted an 11-minute YouTube video titled “I Am a Different Person Now.” Right at the start, Apoorva joked about why people didn’t like her, saying, “It’s not me, it’s God’s fault. God gave me the attitude of Aishwarya Rai, but for a face, he gave me this.” She humorously added that if she looked a little “hotter,” she could have gotten away with anything.

Step 1: Hair Colouring and Pedicure

The Rebel Kid began her transformation journey at a salon to get her hair coloured. She told the stylist, “You can’t bleach my hair because I have only four strands left on my head. If they fall, I’ll have to get a hair transplant.” She was joined by fellow influencer Anmol Bhatia during her hair appointment. After her hair was done, she treated herself to a pedicure.

Step 2: Teeth Transformation

The next big change was her teeth. The Rebel Kid revealed, “These are not my real teeth. I got veneers. The day I got temporary veneers, Reddit was flooded with posts asking, ‘Has Apoorva got veneers?'” She admitted this was one of the few visible changes after her makeover.

Step 3: IV Drips and Check-Up

Her final stop was at a dermatologist’s clinic, where she took IV drips for skin and health benefits and underwent a medical check-up.

The Big Reveal and the Price Tag

At the end of the vlog, Apoorva revealed that she spent close to Rs 3 lakh on the makeover, along with additional treatments received in collaboration. “Honestly, I look the same. Whatever little difference there is, it’s because of the makeup. Nothing really changed, except for my teeth, which you all seem to hate,” she said with her signature wit.

A Makeover That Cost a Fortune

From hair colouring and veneers to IV drips, Apoorva Mukhija’s makeover journey had all the elements of a high-end transformation. But in her own words, the result was more or less the same, proving that sometimes, confidence and humour are the real glow-ups.
