Telugu tech creator Devarakonda Varaprasad, popularly known as PrasadTechinTelugu, has revealed an extensive look at his new workspace through “Office Tour 3.0,” a project that has taken nearly eight years to become a reality. The new office represents a milestone in the creator’s journey, arriving after his YouTube channel crossed 5 million subscribers. According to Varaprasad, the decision to build a proper workspace was delayed intentionally because of the unpredictable nature of the YouTube ecosystem. Starting his channel in 2016, he chose to grow cautiously before making a major investment in infrastructure. Now, with millions of viewers and a strong team behind the channel, he described the office as a “gift to the platform that gave him everything.”

The office is located in a rented commercial space and Varaprasad credited the building owner, Srisailam Garu, for supporting the project throughout its development.

Who Is PrasadTechinTelugu?

Devarakonda Varaprasad is widely regarded as one of the most influential technology creators in the Telugu-speaking digital community. Through his YouTube channel PrasadTechinTelugu, he explains gadgets, smartphones, and tech developments in simple Telugu.

Born in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, Varaprasad later pursued his B.Tech. and MTech in Hyderabad. His journey into digital media began in 2016, when he started uploading smartphone reviews and technology news videos.

What made his channel stand out was its straightforward style and honest reviews, often focusing on practical information that everyday users could understand easily.

Today, the channel has crossed 5 million subscribers, and Varaprasad has expanded into multiple verticals, including:

The new office begins with a waiting and relaxation area, designed for both work and downtime.

The area features:

  • An LG OLED television, where the team can watch cricket matches or entertainment.
  • Plans for a PlayStation gaming setup.
  • A clean, open seating arrangement for guests and collaborators.

One of the most distinctive elements is the custom wooden logo of the channel, created using CNC cutting technology and painted to match the exact colour palette of the brand.

Varaprasad also emphasised that every plant inside the office is real, intentionally avoiding artificial greenery to maintain a natural workspace environment.

A cafeteria section provides space for coffee and light cooking, equipped with a double-door refrigerator and an Urban M2 water purifier.

The Walls That Tell His Story

According to Varaprasad, every wall in the office carries a specific emotional or motivational meaning.

Instead of treating the office as a purely functional workspace, he designed it as a visual timeline of his life and inspirations.

The Mother’s Dedication Wall

One of the most personal sections is dedicated to his mother.

The wall features a canvas portrait of her younger self, symbolising the role she played in supporting his early journey.

Varaprasad revealed that when he first started creating tech content, his mother arranged ₹1.5 lakh through a loan so he could purchase smartphones for review.

All his YouTube Play Buttons, including the Silver and Gold awards, are placed on this wall as a tribute to her support.

The Inspiration Graffiti Wall

Another wall features hand-painted graffiti portraits of individuals who shaped Varaprasad’s thinking.

Each personality is illustrated with themed visuals:

  • Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam – Representing dreams and perseverance, surrounded by rocket imagery.
  • Steve Jobs – Symbolising innovation and different thinking, designed with iPhone graphics.
  • Sachin Tendulkar – Representing dedication and discipline, illustrated with cricket elements.

The wall also honours his father, who worked as a vegetable vendor.

Varaprasad shared that his father would start work at 4 AM and continue until midnight to ensure his children could receive an education. The artwork reflects this reality through illustrations of tomatoes, ladyfingers, and chillies.

According to Varaprasad, education was the greatest asset his father gave him.

The Journey Wall

Another section, called the Journey Wall, presents the channel’s timeline.

Unlike other walls, this one uses wallpaper instead of paintings, highlighting key milestones, growth moments, and achievements from the channel’s development.

The Subscriber Dedication Wall

One of the most symbolic sections is dedicated to viewers.

This wall features icons representing Play, Share, Like, and Subscribe, ending with a large smiling symbol.

Varaprasad dedicated the wall to his audience, explaining that the team’s success and happiness today exist because of their subscribers’ continued support.

Operational Rooms Inside the Office

The office also includes several dedicated functional rooms designed to streamline production.

Finance Room

The finance room is managed by Varaprasad’s wife, who serves as a Director in the company.

She oversees financial operations, including salary management and accounting coordination with the company’s CA.

The room also functions as a shoot preparation area, with a large mirror and storage space for documents and merchandise.

Conference Room

The conference room is used for weekly meetings and strategy discussions.

Varaprasad plans to install an interactive display screen in the future to support presentations and planning sessions.

Prayer Room

Reflecting Indian workplace traditions, the office includes a dedicated prayer room.

The room features a statue of Lord Hanuman, illuminated with soft lighting designed to create a peaceful spiritual environment.

Prasad’s Private Room

Unlike the rest of the office, Varaprasad’s personal workspace follows a dark colour theme with black and grey interiors.

The room also includes a display section where he keeps items collected from different countries and events during his travels.

Workstations Built for a Growing Team

The office currently houses a 15-member team, but the infrastructure has been designed to accommodate up to 20 employees.

The workstation layout follows an H-shaped design, with glass surfaces where team members can write notes directly.

Each workstation includes:

  • Built-in natural plant sections
  • Organised cable management

The entire workspace area has been soundproofed, allowing video recordings from almost any location within the office.

The New Studio: 2.5 Times Larger Than Before

One of the most significant upgrades is the new studio space, which is approximately 2.5 times larger than Varaprasad’s previous studio.

The studio is designed for flexibility.

Furniture elements like round tables and sofas are mobile, allowing the team to easily switch between different formats, such as:

The backdrop features grey textured walls, enabling different lighting styles depending on the content format.
