KFC Joins Hands with CarryMinati for a Spicy New Popcorn Treat
India’s favourite fried chicken brand teams up with top YouTuber CarryMinati for a limited time to launch a unique menu item.

KFC India has dropped a hot and spicy surprise for fans nationwide. In a first-of-its-kind move, the fast food giant has partnered with popular YouTuber CarryMinati (Ajey Nagar) to launch a limited-edition snack, the KFC x CarryMinati Saucy Popcorn. This tasty new item blends KFC’s iconic Chicken Popcorn with a Nashville-style spicy and tangy sauce specially selected to match CarryMinati’s flavour preferences.
Why Does This Collaboration stand out?
This isn’t your usual celebrity promotion. CarryMinati has been part of the product creation, from flavour ideas to design, packaging, and utility. With over 67 million followers across platforms, he’s one of India’s biggest digital stars, especially among the Gen Z crowd.

KFC’s team and Carry worked closely to ensure the product connects with younger food lovers and gamers alike. This is KFC India’s first-ever partnership with a digital content creator to co-create a menu item, making it a big moment in the fast food and influencer marketing space.

A Popcorn Box Like Never Before
The KFC x Carry Minati Saucy Popcorn comes in a special edition box featuring CarryMinati’s face, something KFC India has never done before. Another cool twist? The box also includes a spork, which CarryMinati suggested himself.
The idea was to make snacking easier for gamers who don’t want messy hands while playing. This small detail shows how deeply the creator made the eating experience smoother and smarter.
The special popcorn snack costs INR 199 and is now available at over 1,200 KFC stores in India, on the KFC app and website, and on top food delivery apps.
It’s a limited-edition item, so fans of CarryMinati and KFC should try it before it’s gone.
A New Trend in the Food World
This collaboration is part of a growing trend in which influencers are not just promoting brands but actually helping create them. By adding their personal style and ideas, creators like CarryMinati bring more value.
It’s also a clever way for brands like KFC to stay connected with India’s young digital generation, showing how food and culture can come together in exciting new ways.
