Why Is Parul Gulati’s “Malkin Mindset Weekend” Going Viral?

From running a successful hair extension brand to building a creator-led business identity, Parul Gulati is now taking her “Malkin” movement offline. She is doing this with a new immersive experience called Malkin Mindset Weekend.

Parul Gulati recently shared a reel announcing the concept. In it, selected women entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners will stay together for a three-day mentorship and content-building retreat at the Malkin Hostel.

What Is Parul Gulati’s Malkin Mindset Weekend?

In the reel, Parul revealed that the idea evolved from her earlier event called Stay With The Malkin. At that event, several women entrepreneurs stayed together for a day focused on networking and content creation.

Now, she’s expanding the concept into a full weekend experience designed around business growth, confidence building, content strategy, and community.

According to Parul, the three-day program will include:

  • One-on-one sessions to understand each participant’s business and personal brand
  • Collaborative content creation workshops
  • Guidance from her content editing and marketing teams
  • Feedback sessions on edited content and social media performance
  • A final challenge where participants must post their content and analyze how it performed

She also mentioned that only 30 women entrepreneurs, referred to as “Malkins,” will be selected for the experience.
