IShowSpeed Reportedly Purchases Multi-Million-Dollar Warehouse For New Content Creation Studio
Fresh off his FIFA World Cup success, IShowSpeed is reportedly investing in a massive new space to expand his content empire.
IShowSpeed Makes A Major Business Move
Popular streamer and content creator Darren Watkins Jr., better known as IShowSpeed, is reportedly taking the next step in his creator journey with the purchase of a multi-million-dollar warehouse that will serve as his new content creation studio. The reported acquisition comes shortly after a highly successful 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign, during which Speed streamed matches from stadiums across the tournament and further expanded his global audience.
A Reported $11 Million Investment
According to reports, IShowSpeed purchased a warehouse property for nearly $11 million. The industrial facility is said to span approximately 26,600 square feet and sit on a 1.8-acre lot in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The property is reportedly intended to become a dedicated hub for Speed’s content creation activities, providing him with significantly more space to produce large-scale videos, livestreams, and entertainment projects.
Following The Path Of Top Creators
With the reported purchase, Speed joins a growing list of creators who have invested heavily in production facilities designed specifically for content creation. Major YouTubers such as MrBeast and Dude Perfect have previously built large-scale creator headquarters featuring production sets, offices, editing suites, storage areas, and specialized spaces for filming content. Industry observers believe Speed’s new facility could serve a similar purpose as his content ambitions continue to grow.
A Massive Year For The Creator
The reported investment follows one of the biggest years of IShowSpeed’s career. The 21-year-old creator recently completed a highly successful FIFA World Cup streaming series that attracted millions of viewers worldwide.
The campaign culminated in Speed performing his song World Cup (Champions) during the FIFA World Cup closing ceremony, further cementing his position as one of the internet’s biggest entertainment personalities.
