Entertainers Cricket League 2024 Brings Influencers to the Field

The Entertainers Cricket League (ECL) 2024 officially kicked off in Delhi, starting on September 13. This innovative league unites social media stars and influencers in a unique T10 cricket competition. With six teams led by popular influencers, ECL 2024 offers a thrilling mix of entertainment and competitive cricket. All matches are being held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Delhi, with the season running until September 22.

The league follows a round-robin format, where each of the six teams faces off against the others. The top four teams will advance to the playoffs, culminating in a total of 19 matches, including knockout fixtures. The tournament includes 15 league-stage games, building excitement and anticipation leading up to the playoffs.

Teams and Captains

ECL 2024 showcases six dynamic teams, each captained by a social media influencer, blending cricket with entertainment:

Mumbai Disruptors: Led by comedian Munawar Faruqui, this team combines humor and competitive spirit. Team members include Shravan Kshirsagar, Shubham Nitin Jadhav, Mudasir Bhat, and others.

Bangalore Bashers: Captained by Abhishek Malhan, they bring a strong online following to the field. Key players include Adarsh Kumar, Ankit Kumar, Aryaman Pal, and more.

Haryanvi Hunters: With Elvish Yadav at the helm, this team adds a unique flair to the competition. Other players include Lovekesh Kataria, Rajat Dalal, Archit Kaushik, among others.

Lucknow Lions: Led by Anurag Dwivedi, this team aims to showcase cricketing talent. The lineup features Ashish Kumar Meena, Deepak Bhardwaj, Jay Dhudane, and others.

Dynamic Delhi: Captained by Sonu Sharma, they aim to dominate their home turf. Team members include Pushkar Raj Thakur, Arvind Arora, Reeyansh Upadhyay, and more.

Punjab Veers: Harsh Beniwal leads this star-studded team, ensuring an entertaining tournament. Other members include Kshitij Khurana, Mohit Chikkara, Pawan Chechi, and others.
